A glimpse into the future
But what is it exactly? HackMD’s Beta Mode is a tool you can utilize to interact with upcoming features and improvements before they’re officially rolled out.
It’s designed to give you the opportunity to provide feedback, test new functionality, and actively contribute to the development of HackMD.
Here’s how it works…
- Access Beta Mode in your settings. From there, simply navigate to the “Preview features’’ tab. From there you’ll be able to view all the Beta features available to you and toggle on the ones you’d like to use.
- Try out new features with the click of a button. Experience a curated selection of cutting-edge features that the HackMD development team is currently building out. These features cover a wide range of functionalities, from enhanced collaborative tools to improved user interfaces.
- Provide feedback to improve your experience. Users who take advantage of Beta Mode can provide valuable feedback directly through the platform. This feedback mechanism allows the HackMD team to gather insights, identify bugs, and make the necessary adjustments before the official release. Share your thoughts by opening the comment panel on the top right of your note and clicking “Feedback”.
